Refund & Cancellation Policy

“NO QUESTION ASKED” RETURN POLICY FREE RETURNS WITHIN 15DAYS

When you approach us for return, believe us we will be more than Happy to help you. Because it’s a Great opportunity for us to show you our honesty and transparency, isn’t it? We will also get your feedback to improve our product and services.

 You can place Return request online in “My Account” section Or You can email us at support@makarro.com or call / Wahtsapp us at ++91 9586334466 and tell us what's going on. We'll schedule a time with you and instruct our shipping partner to pick up the original Makarro garment. Make sure the garment is in good state. Unused, of course.  Make sure the product is returned in its original condition intact with tags and its original packaging.

REFUND

Once we receive return shipment, we will get it quality checked. Once approved, refund shall be initiated. This needs to be replaced.

  • If you have done online payment, your refund will be credited into your Bank account within 5 to 7 days.
  • If you have done cash on delivery, you need to provide us your bank account no. , bank name and IFSC code. We will refund your amount via NEFT or IMPS within 5 to 7 Business days.

      EXCHANGE

      Once return shipment is picked up from your premises, we will dispatch your exchange shipment from our warehouse.

      We can change the size but will not do any customisation.
